Payment Methods Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. I do not offer online payment options at this time. All payments must be completed in accordance with the terms agreed upon during the order process. If you have any alternative payment requirements, please discuss this with me directly.

Shipping Policy Collection of completed guitars is preferred. However, shipping can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. If you require shipping, please discuss the details and costs with me directly. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Return and Refund Policy Due to the bespoke nature of custom electric guitars, I do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in cases where there is a defect or problem with the guitar. If you encounter any issues with your guitar, please contact me immediately to discuss a resolution.

Custom Orders and Deposits A deposit is required to cover material costs and secure your custom order. The amount of the deposit will depend on the specific requirements of your build. Once the deposit is received, work on your custom guitar will commence. Changes or cancellations to the order must be discussed as soon as possible, and any adjustments to the deposit will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty As each guitar is custom-made to individual specifications, I do not offer a standard warranty. However, I stand by the quality of my work and will address any concerns or issues you may have. Please contact me if you experience any problems with your guitar.
